The heart and soul of Masse Moro lays with the staff who bring the language, culture, and activities to life every single year. As a staff member at Masse Moro, you'll get the opportunity to do many things including, but not limited to: speak Norwegian, creatively teach Norwegian heritage, mentor, work, and play hard.
Past staff members frequently share stories that their time on staff helped them develop qualities that their employers were looking for such as multi-tasking, active problem-solving, team-building, and time management skills. Staff orientation starts at 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before camp starts. Orientation is mandatory for employment. If you have additional questions about employment? Contact our Youth Director.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Do you have some time to volunteer? Are you a Norwegian Folk Dance Expert? Have you taught a Norwegian language class? Do you play an instrument? Do you have a talent or skill that you think could contribute to our program but can't commit to being a staff member for the entire two weeks? Then we want to hear from you too. We are always looking for people who have skills that they would like to share with our youth. Please click below and fill out the form and someone will follow up with your request to volunteer. All volunteers are also required to pass a background check.
